Ute og går tur på strandpromedaden i Telegrafbukta og Sydspissen? Ta en velfortjent kaffepause hos oss! Resepsjonen selger kaffe, te, solbærtoddy og varm sjokolade, samt kalde drikker. Vi har også iskrem og noen dager kake eller noe annet søtt. Et lite utvalg av sjokolade har vi også. Er det fint vær kan du gjerne sitte i solveggen på vår veranda, eller du kan sitte i Loungen og nyte utsikten og kjenne varmen komme tilbake i kroppen. Hjertelig velkommen! Om du ikke selv bor i Tromsø, så del gjerne med dine venner. Det er utrolig hyggelig med besøk av ikke-boende gjester som vil "lade batteriet" før de tar neste etappe! ALLE er velkommen hos oss!

Vi ønsker å gjøre vår Lounge til et varmt og koselig sted, både for boende og drop-in gjester. Vi har fått flotte puter og fleecepledd. Her er det mulig å sitte og se på utsikten eller kanskje lese en god bok. I resepsjonen selges, kaffe/Te, varm solbærtoddy, varm sjokolade og kalde drikker. Sulten? Vi selger også pizza. We wants to make our Lounge to a warm and cosy place to sit - both for staying and drop-in guests. We have got nice pillows and fleece blankets. You may sit and just look at the nice view or mayby reed a good book. In our Front Desk you may buy coffee/tea, hot black currant toddy, hot chocolate and cold drinks. Hungry? We also have pizza for sale.

We are just a small hotel i Tromsø, but ranked as #14 of the 38 hotels in Troms county at Tripadvisor. We appreciate all our guests that have given us all the good scores! We love you!!! We still improve and do our effort to make the hotel to your home in Tromsø. If you still have'nt scored us at Tripadvisor, we would be greatfull if you take a minute or two to use Tripadvisor to give scores and give yours, and new guests your comments. We know that we are not a 5 star hotel, but a budget hotel. We still want to make your stay as pleasent as possible. We have a great breakfast, free internet, you can borrow hairdryers and water boilers in the front desk (of course not enough for all the rooms). We don't have dinner service, but you can buy pizzas made at the hotel in the front desk. On sundays you can buy a propper norgwegian buffet dinner for NOK 215,- pr. person. Eat as much as you want... do you want a dessert, you can buy this for NOK 69,- pr. person. There is always 2 different dishes in the buffet. On the dessert buffet you will find between 2-4 different choices. We will soon present the reward placet from Tripadvisor that shows we are one of the winners in Tromsø as guests choice. God Jul og Godt Nytt År til alle våre venner! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our friends!

Vår restaurant er pyntet til jul og i dag braker det løs med årets første julebord. Er du ute etter et sted å arrangere f.eks julelunsj, så har vi ennå ett par datoer med ledig kapasitet. Our restaurant is decorated for Christmas and today we arrange the first christmas party.

Good news everyone! We have upgraded the hotel rooms a bit the past week, and replaced all the curtains and bedspreads. Photos will be posed shortly. However, instead of throwing away all the old bedspreads etc., we decided to donate it all to Red Cross! :) Here you can see them picking all the stuff up. And because we had done such a good deed, we had to celebrate with some ice cream. :D Our thoughts go out to the people of Nepal, and we hope that Red Cross will be able to use some of our blankets to help our nepalese friends. <3

Hello everyone! Anyone thinking about visiting Tromsø for the Buktafestivalen July 16th - 19th? Sydspissen Hotell is situated just 200 meters from the festival area, and we've put together a nice offer for you. The rates are as follows: Single rooms NOK 620,- , twin rooms are NOK 790,- and triple rooms are NOK 890,- This offer includes breakfast and parking. In other words - a person in a triple room pays under 300 NOK pr night! Let us know as soon as possible, because these rooms are gonna fly :)
